To Purchase an Item(s)

• If the item(s) is available, an email will be sent to you asking for:
1. Full Name, contact information, phone number, email address, best time to reach you,
2. The address to ship the item to,
3. Payment method, anticipated date of arrival at our location,
4. Any requests for special shipping details, must be arranged prior to payment being sent.
5. You must state in your email that you have read the terms and agree to them to purchase an item(s).
• An email with full details of payment shipping address, shipping and Insurance charges will be sent,
• If more than one buyer offers to purchase an item(s):
• The arrival time of your email on our comuters determines who can purchase the item(s)
• Item(s) will be placed on HOLD for 7 days to wait for payment to arrive,
• If payment is not received, item(s) will be taken off HOLD unless other arrangements have been made,
• To make offers, offers for trades or partial trades, please send an email including as many details and images as possible. All offeres are considered including trades or partial trades.

Returns

1. NO returns on international orders, unless mis-represented by Sakura-Art.com
2. The buyer must be in the United states for a guaranteed, no questions asked, refund,
3. You must contact us within 3 days, to arrange returns,
4. Item(s) must be shipped within 3 days unless other arrangments have been made,
5. If you cannot contact us, the item(s) still must be shipped within 3 days,
6. Item(s) returned must be in original packing unless other arrangements have been approved,
7. Item(s) must be in the same condition as shipped, no exceptions, no futher restoration is allowed,
8. The buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance,
9. The buyers is responsible for returned item(s) lost, no refunds, make sure item(s) are insured,
10. Only the Purchase price will be refunded, no shipping charges will be returned,
